Somatic Climbing Courses for Psychotherapists

Cai Beaulieu at Bouldering Hive, Makati, Philippines

Orientation to Somatic Climbing

Each Orientation to Somatic Climbing course is 2.5-hours long which balances getting to know each other organically, climbing in community, and off-and-on-the-wall learning in somatic climbing theory. For all body types, this course supports beginning participants who may choose to stay on the ground or climb as much as 12-18 feet off the ground. Following a proper warm-up, participants will be invited to titrate between top-down and bottom-up learning in a supportive environment with your colleagues.
